In the unlikely event that Pietre di Rapolano transfers part or all of its business, customer information will be part of the transfer. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding the information you provide us. Before confirming any order, if you have any questions regarding our Terms and Conditions, please contact our team at info@pietredirapolano.com.
We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will also apply to subsequent orders. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes.
PRODUCTION: Most of our products are made to order. We are usually able to deliver any item from our catalog within a maximum of 15/25 days. You will find the exact production times on the confirmation we will send at the time of order.
PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS: All Credit/Debit cardholders will be subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment, we will inform you before completing the purchase. When evaluating your request for services or products, we may use your information to prevent fraud. One of the reasons we may use your address and ZIP code is for security checks against fraud. Whenever we disclose your information, we will do so securely. If you believe your details are incorrect, you can modify them by following the procedures described in our Privacy Policy.
PRODUCT INFORMATION: Please remember that all natural materials are different. The veins, color, and tone can vary from piece to piece due to the very nature of the material we use. This is not to be considered a defect but the beauty of natural material. We have done everything possible to make the colors of our products as true as possible on our site. Unfortunately, the color you see depends on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the color of the product we deliver. All measurements are indicative as our products are handmade; however, we will do everything possible to ensure they are accurate.
Shipping:
The shipping costs of our goods are calculated based on the weight of the shipment. These are the rates we will charge, including VAT, in the listed areas:

For shipments to Switzerland, however, costs are excluding VAT, which will not be charged (according to current law) and also include the cost for customs operations.

The indicative delivery days should be considered working days, excluding holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipper. Returns:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on PIETREDIRAPOLANO.COM with which you are not completely satisfied, as soon as we receive the return, in resalable condition within 15 days of receipt. You must return the item(s) to us at your expense, as you received it. The refund will be credited to the same payment method received, unless explicitly requested otherwise.
7 DAYS TO THINK
In addition to the right of withdrawal, as regulated by the EU, we give you 7 days (starting the day after receipt) to withdraw from the order (with the exception of custom-made or personalized pieces).
Withdrawal from orders must be made in writing to Customer Service, listing the order number. We will refund the goods, but you must return the item to us at your expense as received.
If we do not receive the canceled item(s) back, we may arrange to have them collected at your expense.
For items over 2000 euros, returns are not accepted.
