How and when will orders be shipped during the summer closure?

All orders placed from August 9 will be processed and dispatched from August 27.

• Shipping of available merchandise orders is expected by August 31.
• Orders for unavailable merchandise will be confirmed, and the expected confirmation date will be provided.

Can I contact you during the summer closure period?

Email: All requests sent from August 11 to August 26 will NOT be handled by the customer service department until reopening.
Phone: We will not be able to answer the phone, please call back after August 27.
Messenger: We have the messenger service active on the customer service mobile phones, which will try to provide possible information as soon as possible while being off-site.
