Residence in Dublin with marble and stone cladding
A modern and elegant detached residence located in a residential area on the outskirts of Dublin is the home of Paddy, a partner of Pietre di Rapolano and owner of the store Antica The Stone Gallery, specializing in the trade of travertine, marble, and natural stone flooring and cladding.
As an expert and enthusiast of stones, the house could only reflect this passion; travertine is used in the bathrooms and floors, and marble in the cladding.

The functional residence is a villa that spans two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living area with an open kitchen and a dark marble countertop.

On the second floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Particularly in the bathrooms, the creativity and imagination of the client have brought to life sophisticated and never banal environments where natural stone is widely present.

In the first of the three bathrooms, a freestanding model sink Cono Chiaro was chosen. made of light travertine and paired with a glass countertop. The wall cladding is a mosaic made in various shades of natural stone with regularly sized tiles, Strips: the variety of tiles creates a harmonious yet linear pattern.

Completing the bathroom is a unique shower consisting of a tub and a ceiling-mounted steel showerhead: placed in a dedicated niche, it is made of walnut travertine with beige and brown tones. It is the ideal choice to complete the area dedicated to wellness and relaxation.

In the second bathroom, there is another tub made of polished light travertine. This also features a ceiling-mounted shower and wall-mounted faucets for dual use. The same material is used for the rectangular sink with rounded edges.

In the third bathroom, clad in travertine Terra Chiara, a revitalizing shower has been created that ensures absolute relaxation. The spacious enclosure features a special showerhead with a chromotherapy effect, with colors changing from red to blue to green. The light spreads from the showerhead, providing a unique experience.

The bathroom is completed with a square-shaped sink made of light travertine, placed on a glass countertop.
The richness and uniformity of the stone define every room in this project, demonstrating how such a versatile material can easily adapt to different styles and purposes.
