A sophisticated classic residence in Fiesole
Luxury private residence, located on the hills of Fiesole (Florence), featuring the use of natural materials carefully and meticulously selected to enhance every environment.
The 2015 project, signed by architect Ilaria Sassolini, carried out in collaboration with Florenzo Capogrosso, involves the renovation of the 900 sqm living space in a classic and refined style.
The choice of travertine
Our intervention involved supplying all the materials for the bathroom floors and coverings and the corresponding solid stone sinks coordinated.
The furniture in these environments is also of our creation: for this specific type of work, where the coordination between the execution of the sink tops and the underlying wooden furniture must be particularly meticulous, we collaborate with CDM Carpentry of Florence.
In each bathroom, a different color of travertine was chosen: we used it for the floors, coverings, and the solid stone sink based on Arcabi’s original design.
In particular, in the main bathroom of the house, a solid stone bathtub was also created, in Light Blend travertine (code PDR067).
In the basement, a large relaxation area was created, including several areas dedicated to leisure: a large home theater area, a billiard room, a wellness area with an indoor pool and sauna.
All the floors on this level are made of Pietra di Rapolano: specifically, for the SPA pool, Dark Veined travertine (code PDR008), one of our most typical colors, was used, providing the survey service and the executive drawings for the processing of the pieces necessary for the covering.
