Pietre di Rapolano partner for Taste 2016
As every year, Pitti Taste returns to Florence, the exhibition dedicated to the excellence of Italian taste and dining, now in its eleventh edition.
An event where you can meet international high gastronomy companies selected among the best niche productions.
Fuoriditaste is the off-program of the Taste exhibition that involves the city and especially restaurants, gourmet shops, boutiques, art and design studios, and museums of the city.

For the occasion, Pietre di Rapolano is a partner of two initiatives that will take place on March 11, 12, and 13, 2016.
With selections from the Zebra line, we have created cutting boards with a minimal design to enhance the veins of travertine and its intense and rich colors.
The cutting boards will be used by the company Renieri from Poggibonsi, which has been producing typical Tuscan cured meats since the 1960s in the area between San Gimignano, Castellina in Chianti, and Siena. An artisanal product that is reinterpreted every year in new special offerings like those the company will present at Taste from March 12 to 14: the Ghibelline Tuscan Ham, the DOP Tuscan Ham, and the Cinta Senese. Genuine cured meats free of additives and food allergens with a slow and natural curing process that respects the raw materials. On display at Taste at stand C27.

Moreover, with our cutting boards, the products of the company Terrae Altrove will be served, which together with the studio Arcabi Associates Architects organizes three days of events to discover the recipes and stories of the places of the Alpe della Luna. Meetings and tastings to discover traditional flavors synonymous with excellence that highlight the diversity of the territory.
