The villa, also featured in AD US, is the result of a project by Miami architect Chad Oppenheim with the Los Angeles architecture firm Rios Clementi Hale Studios. For the interior decoration, Lorraine Letendre from Miami, together with Lynda Murray, defined the furnishings, details, and finishes of the various spaces.

A luxurious work halfway between a resort and a minimalist environment with a splendid view of the city. In particular, the suite is truly spectacular, conceived as a standalone volume at the highest part of the villa and open to the landscape thanks to large windows.

The master suite bathroom was entirely made with travertine from Pietre di Rapolano. The designer’s vision was for a material space where everything, from the solid wood bathtub to the furniture and floors, was clad in natural stone. The project required extensive work to achieve everything in meticulous detail and meet the standards of a prestigious client.
