After the cutting boards made of veined travertine for TASTE, this time we have crafted exclusive Carrara marble cutting boards for the restaurant Il Palagio at the prestigious hotel Four Seasons Florence.

The restaurant, a Michelin-starred venue, led by Chef Vito Mollica in an original and authentic atmosphere, elegant yet not overly formal, offers one of the most unforgettable culinary experiences and settings in Florence.

For this prestigious space, a special Carrara marble tray was created, designed to serve bread, breadsticks, and other appetizers.

The tray’s surface with feet is enriched with details that make it an exclusive handcrafted design object.

The design of the object features grooves on the surface for serving flatbreads or pane carasau, while the supports on one side are used for breadsticks.
The product was created based on a design and in collaboration with Executive Chef Vito Mollica and Stefan De Heer, Food & Beverage Director at the Four Seasons Florence hotel.
