Bathroom with light travertine shower
A luxury bathroom for a prestigious project immersed in the Tuscan countryside must include stone cladding. For this reason, the designers of the Studio Melucci-Nardini in Florence envisioned the bathrooms of the Castelfalfi estate, in the municipality of Montaione, in the colors of Tuscan stone: travertine.
The choice follows the project’s guidelines aimed at using traditional Tuscan materials. Specifically, for the spacious bathrooms, the travertine Pdr 031 – Nuvolato was selected. The architects designed the bathroom cladding up to a height of 120 cm, in combination with the floor of the same color to create a homogeneous and prestigious environment.
The shower was also clad in Rapolano travertine, and the shower tray was crafted by cutting the tiles to size and design directly on site, something easily achievable by an experienced artisan, given the ease of cutting our stone tiles.

For the washbasin, however, the shape of our Greve bathroom composition was used, usually made of walnut wood, in this case, it was chosen to be made in stone, with the actual washbasin in ceramic.
Below it, a support shelf was also made in travertine. The furniture seems to blend with the wall, maximizing the natural texture, composed of unique cloud patterns and color shades in light beige tones.
